2. No guaranteed results

Community outcomes depend on many factors we do not control: your product, your market, your team, your execution, your timing, platform changes (Discord API, bot providers, policies), and broader economic conditions. Anyone promising guaranteed community growth should be regarded with suspicion.

Prices, timelines, and response times shown on this site are typical figures, not commitments. Your actual scope, price, and timeline are the ones in your written proposal.

3. Results, testimonials and case studies

The 1.7 million figure. This is the peak member count of one Discord community, BlueWillow.ai, during the period Daniel led its community team. The community grew from about 1,000 members to 1.7 million in that period. That growth came from the product, its launch timing, its marketing, and its team. Community management kept the server working at that size. It did not cause the growth on its own.

Rankings and rates. Any ranking (such as “2nd largest Discord server”) and any engagement rate describe that community at that time, as measured then. Rankings change, and other servers measure engagement differently.

Running totals. Figures such as companies worked with, hours logged, and reviews received are running totals and are updated from time to time.

What most clients should expect. Most engagements are about structure, moderation, onboarding, and retention. A typical client ends up with a better-organised server, working moderation, and regular reporting. A typical client does not see growth like the example above, and we don't offer member-growth services.

Testimonials. Client reviews shown on this site are real, come from clients we did work for, and are quoted as written. We choose which reviews to show, so what you see is a selection, not every review. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not give discounts, free work, or anything else of value in exchange for them.

Case studies. A case study describes one client's situation and what was done there. It is not a prediction of what you or any other client will experience.
